Orders and Shipping

We always ship with USPS.  Assume 1 day for processing and you should receive your order within about 3-5 days (unless it falls on a holiday or other day the post office is closed).  We also offer ‘Same or Next Day Local Delivery’ and Customer Pickup.

When you place something in your cart, you can create an account at MIF for easy future orders.  If you want to check out as a guest that is fine too, but the site will not remember your information.

Login to your account and update the info you want to change, then click ‘Update’.

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, click on it to track your package.

No, we do not store credit card information ourselves.  HOWEVER, our payment processor Square does offer this as an option on checkout, the info is stored with Square and not on our systems.  (Don’t worry, they are a huge company and have great security so you’re info is safe).

If you are in MN you will be charged sales tax, any other state or Canada the law does not require you to pay tax unless the merchant does over $500,000 of business in that state.  So for us, no tax.

We only ship to the United States.

In 99% of cases – yes.  The only exception would be if we had part of your order on backorder and had to ship it later.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We will accept returns for 30 days for unopened products.

We’ll make it right!  Please provide us the email receipt or we can look over your order to see where things went wrong and correct the issue.

This almost never happens because we pack our CBD products in double packaging.  That being said, if something arrives broken take a picture of it and contact us and we will work it out with you.

We validate all addresses before shipping so if you had a typo we will most likely catch it.  If you sent it to the wrong address there is not much we can do besides verify it got there.

If you contact us before it ships out that is possible.  But why would you want to do that? 😛

We leave items that are sold out available on back order so yes you can.
