What is the study situation?
These initial studies suggest that vaping can have negative effects, but none of them show real effects on the lungs. That is why further studies have been carried out. A study by the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine in October 2017 found that e-cigarettes can trigger harmful immune reactions in the lungs.
